LANDSCAPE & OUTDOOR LIVING SUB-CONTRACTORS & SPECIALTY TRADES specializing in High End Residential LANDSCAPE, OUTDOOR & OUTDOOR LIVING RENOVATION AND CONSTRUCTION; are requested immediately in the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley of British Columbia.
These positions are largely intermittent and piece-work based on an “as needed” basis.
They offer “Progressive TURNKEY Compensation” and can be “Tools-Equipment-Labor only” or “Materials-Tools-Equipment-Labor” based, depending on your preference and the magnitude of the Work Scope. There are also production-based bonuses available- dependant on your experience, proficiency, skill level and production capabilities. These ARE NOT hourly based positions.
This Company, which is founded on INTEGRITY, QUALITY, ORIGINALITY, UNIQUENESS and CUSTOMER SERVICE- continually has more work than it can handle year round- and is positioned to SUB-CONTRACT out certain Specialty Projects and/or Components to SKILLED, QUALIFIED AND FULLY EQUIPPED ENTREPRENEURS- small and large. We may also consider joint-venture partnerships, which compliment the Company- depending on the proposal. The option and/or possibility to buy shares in the Company through private placement also exists- at the Company’s discretion- and dependant on the proposal.

Your Trade specialty and/or what Work Scopes you are interested in and/or capable of providing, WorkSafe BC Clearance Certificate, Contractors Liability Insurance, complete Equipment and Tool list, Personnel list, Proficiency & experience history, References (with addresses and phone numbers), your completed Project Photos, and any other relevant information, which would facilitate us including you on our Invitational Bidders List (or) in whatever capacity you propose. We will then contact you to come in for an interview at which point if you are successful, we would enter into a Contractual relationship- specific to our joint agreement. You would report to the Construction Manager going forward.
We sub-contract to all Specialty Trades including, but not limited to:
Architects, Landscape Architects, Engineers, Environmentalists, Carpenters, Gasfitters, Electricians, Plumbers, Concrete Finishers, Stone Masons, Tile-setters, Landscapers, Artificial Rock Carvers, Retaining Wall Installers, Paving Stone Installers, Water Feature Installers, Irrigation Installers, Swimming Pool (also Spa & Hot Tub) Builders/Installers, Gardeners, Landscape Maintenance Technicians, Arborists, Pesticide Applicators and numerous others- related to any and all forms of RESIDENTIAL OUTDOOR CONSTRUCTION.
