Skidsteer – Mini Ex Operator & Laborer

An EXPERIENCED SKIDSTEER & MINI EXCAVATOR OPERATOR-LABORER specializing in High End Residential LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION; is required immediately in the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley of British Columbia. The position is permanent and full time. It is “Progressive Compensation” plus profit sharing based position and is commensurate with your experience and skill level. Historically, it has proven an income potential from the mid to high 5 figure range annually; for the right candidate. Please Note: THIS IS A LABOR INTENSIVE POSITION AND IS NOT FOR THE PHYSICALLY UNFIT.

Salary:
Compensation is a basic hourly base wage ranging from $16.00 per hour to $26.00, which includes an efficiency-based compensatory component, as well as potential for progressive compensation, bonuses, promotions, advancement, share issues, stock options and co-ownership- dependent upon performance and character of the individual (or monthly, depending on the position).

Weight Handling:
Up to 45 kg (100 lbs)

Specific Skills:
Operate heavy equipment, Load, unload and transport construction materials, Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades, Mix, pour and spread materials, Assist heavy equipment operators, Level earth to fine grade specifications, Pave and rake asphalt, Clean and pile salvaged materials, Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, Direct traffic at or near construction sites

Security and Safety:
Criminal record check, Driving record check (abstract)

Own Tools/Equipment:
