A sales executive specializing in landscape construction and outdoor living projects is required immediately in the Fraser Valley & lower mainland of British Columbia.
We require a commissioned sales person; who has extensive experience in landscape construction; to research, identify, and solicit potential new clients and procure their business. The successful candidate will be a strong, strategic, and highly motivated marketing planner, able to utilize innovation and technology to develop new business, consult with and procure new clients, provide and present project cost estimates, and sell this company’s services- to an upscale clientele.
The desired candidate will be aggressive and unique in their marketing approach and have an above average desire to excel and succeed. You are a critical thinker, a decision maker, reliable, honest, well organized, punctual, and disciplined. You also are a superior task planner and an exceptional time manager that consistently meets time schedules. In addition, the successful candidate will continually seek perfection and be competitive in an award winning environment. You will be a superb oral and written communicator, who is highly skilled at problem solving and information finding for our clientele. You must also have exceptional telephone and computer usage skills.
You will have a passion for business and the desire to excel as an integral part of a rapidly growing, fast-paced, customer oriented; construction service company. You will be customer service oriented and enjoy working with people to assist in solving their problems and realizing their dreams; as they relate to landscape makeovers, stunning gardens and enhanced property values.
You will be required to consult, communicate and interact with clients daily; provide presentations, price estimates and sell the benefits of using our company’s professionalism, expertise, diversity, products and services. As well, after sale signed contract follow-up will be required to assist in upholding the company’s values, integrity, project continuity, quality control and superior profitability.
You must have your own reliable vehicle and travel daily between our offices and client’s residences in the course of your daily business.
To be eligible for consideration candidates will have completed college vocational technical training and have an extensive background in all aspects of residential & commercial landscape construction, outdoor living, landscape carpentry and outdoor construction.
Please note: if you have been a used car salesman in the past- you need not apply- as we require a very specialized person with an extensive background in residential and/or commercial landscape construction, but we thank you for your interest.
