A JOURNEYMAN LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN specializing in High End Residential Landscape Construction; is required immediately in the Fraser Valley & Lower Mainland of British Columbia. The position is permanent and full time. It is “Progressive Compensation” plus profit sharing based position and is commensurate with your experience and skill level. We seek a JOURNEYMAN Landscape Technician as a WORKING FOREMAN; with a Landscape Technician Degree and/or Landscape Gardener Diploma and an EXTENSIVE LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION BACKGROUND to assume a Working Foreman role in completing new and existing Client Landscape Construction Projects. The successful candidate will be a strong Leader and Planner; utilizing experience, knowledge, innovation, expertise and technology; to develop unique, creative, elite, breath-taking Landscapes and stunning Gardens throughout British Columbia and other high profile geographic areas.
You will be in superior physical condition and able to participate in continual labor intensive tasks. You will be very familiar with all “tools of the trade”, Scaled Drawings, Blueprints, Measurements, Grades, Base Plans, Construction Drawings, Municipal Ordinances and Bylaws.; exceptionally organized, disciplined, knowledgeable, attentive to detail and proficient in all aspects of Landscape Construction. You will be very familiar with Scaled Drawings, Blueprints, Measurements, Grades, Base Plans, Construction Drawings, Municipal Ordinances and Bylaws. You will also have a good working knowledge of a variety of computer Programs such as Email, MS Office and MS Project.

Salary:
Compensation is a basic hourly base wage ranging from $18.00 per hour to $48.00, which includes an efficiency-based compensatory component, as well as potential for progressive compensation, bonuses, promotions, advancement, share issues, stock options and co-ownership- dependent upon performance and character of the individual (or monthly, depending on the position).
