We seek an experienced residential irrigation-sprinkler system & landscape lighting installer, who will act as lead hand to one of our landscape technicians and work with the softscape teams.
The successful candidate will have successfully completed courses relating to yard irrigation & sprinkler systems and will have an extensive landscape construction background in completing new and existing client landscape construction projects. He will assist our landscape professionals to develop unique, creative, elite landscapes and stunning gardens throughout British Columbia and other high profile geographic areas. You will be in superior physical condition capable of continual labour intensive tasks.
You will be an attentive listener and a strong leader; taking direction from one of our landscape technicians or the construction manager. You will also be an attentive lead hand assisting in the supervision and training of construction crews, through you own good example. The desired candidate will be highly motivated; a critical thinker, a problem solver, reliable, honest, well organized, punctual, and disciplined. You are also a superior task planner and an exceptional time manager that consistently meets schedules, curtails project costs and eliminates waste. You have excellent inter-personal, oral, communication, written, problem solving, information finding skills. You will continually seek perfection, not settling for second best and be competitive in an award winning environment.
You must have your own reliable vehicle and travel daily to our client projects.

Compensation is an hourly base wage to be negotiated, which includes an efficiency-based compensatory component, as well as potential for progressive compensation, bonuses, promotions, advancement, share issues, stock options and co-ownership- dependent upon performance and character of the individual.
