CONSTRUCTION ASSISTANTS and GENERAL LABORERS- for a High End Residential Landscape Construction; are required immediately in the Fraser Valley & Lower Mainland of British Columbia. The positions are permanent and full time. These are hourly wage plus possible profit sharing based positions and are commensurate with your aptitude, attitude, productivity, experience and skill level.

We seek LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION ASSISTANTS & LABORERS, who will act as an assistant to the Lead Hand on one of our Landscape Construction Crews. The successful candidate will undergo on the job training and should have some experience and familiarity with Outdoor Construction in completing new and existing Client Landscape Construction Projects. The successful candidate will be a strong, quick learner; and be able to utilize the experience, knowledge, innovation, expertise and technology of our Landscape Technicians; assisting our Landscape Professionals in all support roles of developing unique, creative, elite Landscapes and stunning Gardens throughout British Columbia and other high profile geographic areas.
You will be in superior physical condition and able to participate in continual labor intensive tasks. You are exceptionally organized, punctual and, disciplined and working here you will become knowledgeable, attentive to detail and proficient in all aspects of Hardscape and/or Softscape Construction. You will become very familiar with all “tools of the trade”, Scaled Drawings, Blueprints, Measurements, Grades, Base Plans, Construction Drawings, Municipal Ordinances and Bylaws. You will also have a good working knowledge of a variety of computer Programs such as Email, MS Office and MS Project. Any of your past construction experience should include involvement in a vast array of Hardscapes, Retaining Walls, Brick Interlocking Paving Stone, Concrete, Stonework, Outdoor Structures, Drainage, Machine Operation, Excavating, setting bases and establishing grades.

Salary:
Compensation is a basic hourly base wage ranging from $10.00 per hour to $16.00, which includes an efficiency-based compensatory component, as well as potential for progressive compensation, bonuses, promotions, advancement, share issues, stock options and co-ownership- dependent upon performance and character of the individual (or monthly, depending on the position).
