A DELIVERY DRIVER, with a HEAVY DUTY PICKUP TRUCK, or a small DUMP TRUCK, or a PICKUP TRUCK WITH A DUMP TRAILER is required immediately… to haul and deliver various amounts of miscellaneous construction materials, tools, light equipment etc., to Contractor Construction Project Sites throughout the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley.
YOU MUST BE BONDABLE, as you will be often responsible for carrying some cash, and other currency instruments for Supplier payment at the time of pick-up at their depots. You will report directly to the Procurement Manager of the Company and will need to work an early shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. You must also be able to complete heavy manual lifting tasks on an ongoing basis. You will also be responsible for Shop Inventory and general organization, cleanliness and tidiness of the Contractors Shop.
This position is permanent, full time and year round. We offer an hourly base wage, plus a mileage allowance as your compensation.
