Salary:
Compensation is an hourly base wage to be negotiated, which includes an efficiency-based compensatory component, as well as potential for progressive compensation, bonuses, promotions, advancement, share issues, stock options and co-ownership- dependent upon performance and character of the individual.

Operate heavy equipment, Clean and lubricate equipment and refill equipment tanks, Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment, Secure special attachments to equipment, Perform minor repairs to equipment

Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications, Calculate weight, distance, volume and length measurements, Utilize material safety data sheets (MSDS)
